*One out of every
three homebuyers who purchase a home using mode realty as their real
estate agent will win a $500 (Five hundred dollar) gift certificate
to Best Buy. Purchase contracts must be dated on or before April 20th,
2002. The home purchase must close on or before June 20th, 2002. Each
time someone closes on a property using mode realty their name will
be added to a "hat" once there are three names in the "hat"
one will be randomly selected and the gift certificate will be awarded.
Chances of winning are 33%. Mode Realty will be responsible for the
award of all Gift Certificates. We reserve the right to withdraw this
